The data controller is AZ PRESENT, spol. s r.o., registered office Waldertova 668/2, Drahovice, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, Company ID 27084531, VAT ID CZ27084531.
For privacy matters you can contact us at pospisil@azpresent.cz or by phone at +420 608 943 767.
The scope depends on how you interact with us. In practice, this usually means the data you provide directly and, if you enable analytics cookies, certain technical and usage data related to the website.
The purpose and legal basis depend on the context. For a standard business inquiry, processing is typically not based on marketing consent but on pre-contract steps or our legitimate interest in managing business communication and administration.
| Purpose | Legal basis | Typical data |
|---|---|---|
| Handling your inquiry, replying and preparing a quotation | Article 6(1)(b) GDPR | contact details, inquiry content, attachments and project parameters |
| Follow-up business communication, internal records and defence of legal claims | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR | contact data, communication history and related business materials |
| Compliance with accounting, tax or other legal obligations if an order or contract follows | Article 6(1)(c) GDPR | identification, billing and accounting data |
| Website traffic measurement using Google Analytics | Article 6(1)(a) GDPR | online identifiers, browser data and website usage data |
The required privacy checkbox in the form serves mainly as confirmation that you have read this notice. The actual handling of your inquiry is usually based on pre-contract processing or legitimate interest rather than marketing consent.
We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary for website operation, inquiry handling and related business administration.
Data may be processed by our contractual providers of hosting, email infrastructure, IT support or WordPress administration, always only to the extent necessary and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
If you allow analytics cookies, traffic measurement data may be made available to Google Ireland Limited and, depending on the technical operation of the service, also to Google LLC.
Where required by law, we may also disclose data to public authorities or other parties entitled under applicable legislation.
When Google Analytics is enabled, data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA, in particular to the United States. Such transfers rely on GDPR mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and related safeguards provided by Google.
| Processing activity | Usual retention period |
|---|---|
| Inquiries and regular pre-contract communication | for the time needed to handle the inquiry and usually no longer than 12 months after the last communication unless a further business relationship arises |
| Contractual, accounting and tax documents | for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the period required by applicable law |
| Cookie consent record | 180 days, or until changed or deleted from your device |
| Google Analytics identifiers | according to Google Analytics settings, usually up to 2 years unless you withdraw consent earlier |
Under GDPR you may exercise the following rights where applicable:
Providing the fields marked as required in the inquiry form is necessary if you want us to receive and respond to your inquiry. Without them we may be unable to prepare a relevant reply or quotation.
Consent to analytics cookies is entirely voluntary and not giving it does not affect access to the public part of the website.
We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR on this website.
You can send privacy requests or questions to pospisil@azpresent.cz. If you believe we process personal data unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, www.uoou.gov.cz.
