This page explains the information that we provide primarily under Article 13 GDPR when we collect personal data directly from you. 2. Categories of personal data we may process
The scope depends on how you interact with us. In practice, this usually means the data you provide directly and, if you enable analytics cookies, certain technical and usage data related to the website.
- identification and contact details such as your name, company name, email and phone number
- inquiry details, attachments, requested quantity, deadline and any other information you include in the message
- records of follow-up communication and related business administration
- technical and online identifier data related to website usage if you allow analytics cookies
3. Purposes of processing and legal bases
The purpose and legal basis depend on the context. For a standard business inquiry, processing is typically not based on marketing consent but on pre-contract steps or our legitimate interest in managing business communication and administration.

The required privacy checkbox in the form serves mainly as confirmation that you have read this notice. The actual handling of your inquiry is usually based on pre-contract processing or legitimate interest rather than marketing consent.
4. Recipients of personal data and transfers outside the EU
We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary for website operation, inquiry handling and related business administration.
Technical and operational support
Data may be processed by our contractual providers of hosting, email infrastructure, IT support or WordPress administration, always only to the extent necessary and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Google Analytics
If you allow analytics cookies, traffic measurement data may be made available to Google Ireland Limited and, depending on the technical operation of the service, also to Google LLC.
Public authorities
Where required by law, we may also disclose data to public authorities or other parties entitled under applicable legislation.
When Google Analytics is enabled, data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA, in particular to the United States. Such transfers rely on GDPR mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and related safeguards provided by Google.

- the right to data portability in cases defined by GDPR
- the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
7. Is providing the data mandatory and do we use automated decision-making?
Providing the fields marked as required in the inquiry form is necessary if you want us to receive and respond to your inquiry. Without them we may be unable to prepare a relevant reply or quotation.
Consent to analytics cookies is entirely voluntary and not giving it does not affect access to the public part of the website.
We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR on this website.
8. How to exercise your rights or lodge a complaint
You can send privacy requests or questions to pospisil@azpresent.cz. If you believe we process personal data unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, www.uoou.gov.cz.
